We need you to take our existing relationships even further, whilst at the same time, always developing new business.

Your role will involve sales, candidate attraction/retention, interviewing and very little admin! Allstar is proud to embrace new technologies and efficiency systems. We invested heavily into the most up-to-date software systems and have access to a wide range of advertising media.

You will be working with a professional team of consultants and will be rewarded with a great package including uncapped commissions and great incentives. You will also be in charge of your role and not restricted in the way you want to work.

We have a great team here at Allstar, with the Managers having an open door policy for any queries you may have and are always open to your suggestions.

As we are aiming to open a new branch by the end of the year, we are also looking out for Business Development Managers who are experienced in the Recruitment Industry.
